Single Malt
At Strathisla, the oldest distillery in the highlands, they have been distilling fine malt whisky since 1786. Little has changed over the centuries; this is still a craft, not an industry, and the fact shows in the quality of the whisky itself. Fresh water from the spring, lightly peated barley, are the only ingredients. Strathisla has been described by an expert as very smooth, long, and soothing.

Vodka
As the world’s first ultra-premium vodka, Elit is created using materials subject to the most stringent quality control. Unlike other vodkas, the producers do not buy in bulk spirit distilled elsewhere, but distil their own spirit from grain grown in their own fields, thereby controlling the process from start to finish. The spirit is diluted with the purest of water from the company’s own artesian wells, and is then delicately infused with flax seed to give a supreme balance of lightness and smooth texture.

Vodka
Snow Queen vodka uses only the purest natural spring water in its production. It’s refining process removes all traces of calcium and magnesium salts so that any hardness in the water is completely eradicated. It is then subjected to a unique reverse osmosis and sand filtering procedure until only the true natural taste of the water remains. With this commitment to purity, that has brought 10 gold, 7 silver and 8 bronze medals for excellence, the Snow Queen is likely to remain on her throne for some time to come.

Vodka
Reyka is the first ever vodka distilled in Iceland. The word Reyka is derived from the ancient Icelandic word for steam, & the distillery that makes the vodka is powered by it. This hand crafted small batch vodka uses water drawn from a lava field over 4,000 years old. After distillation in the Carter-Head Still they filter it through lava rock collected from a local volcanic field giving the vodka its characteristic Icelandic flavour. The water used for Reyka is said to be purer than many leading water brands.
