Gin
A recent Gin to the market, born of an obsession to create a gin to such a quality that they placed no restriction on any part of the production process. The Black country was eventually decided upon, then batch distilled (like Malt Whisky). In fact the Still is called Angela, and is over a hundred years old, made by John Dore and Co, the Rolls Royce of Still makers. Westbourne Strength, with its added ABV, adds a stronger Juniper taste, with a richer, spicier mouthfeel.
