This gin is for individuals who enjoy things a little differently. Made ina Carter-Head still, as opposed to boiling the botanicals, it lets them ëbatheí in the vapours, adding a different twist to the flavour. In fact this trend continues with the choice of botanicals, the often used juniper, coriander and citrus is present, then rose petals and cucumber add a curious yet marvellous twist.
