Cazadores Tequila is made from 100% Tequilana Blue Weber Agave grown in the Highlands of Mexico. Each Agave plant is nourished for eight to twelve years to create the sweetest tequila. The cogollos are removed to reduce any bitterness that maybe present in the agave. A coa a razor sharp tool is used to cut the hearts from the agave plants. These are then collected & steamed ready for distillation. Anejo is aged for 12 months in American white oak barrels. Cazadores Anejo is best enjoyed neat, but it still makes a cracking cocktail.
