The apples of Le Domaine Louis Dupont are handpicked and grinded before being pressed. The extracted juice ferments, under the action of yeasts, becoming cider. Then, the cider is distilled slowly to produce Calvados. The distillate is then aged in oak barrels to provide it’s rich smooth taste.
