In Woodford County, Kentucky, on the site that is now Labrot and Graham Distillers, whiskey was first produced in 1812. Woodford Reserve honours this almost 200 year old landmark on Glenn’s Creek and its legacy to the distilling industry. Handcrafted in small batches. They use time to create a complex, rich, and robust bourbon, that has proved itself by becoming one of the fastest growing bourbons on the market.

Aptly named after a turkey shoot the original distiller went on with friends, bringing some of his recent brew. The next year his friends asked him to bring some of his Wild Turkey with him, and so a legend was born. The spirit of Wild turkey has been captured in this barrel proof whiskey to create the finest of bourbon pleasures. Hand-crafted and uncut with water, Rare Breed is truly a legendary treasure to savour. A rare breed indeed.
Single Malt
Maker’s Mark is America’s only handmade bourbon whiskey - never mass produced. Each individual batch is less than 19 barrels, and this small quantity means they can be choosy about everything they use and everything they do to craft their whiskey. That’s why they still use the old-style sour-mash method. They start each new batch by using a little of the last. The result is a far more consistent product.

Originally made by Booker Noe, grandson of Mr Jim Beam. He found Knob Creek the perfect place to make small batch bourbons, and thus named this it after its birth place. Knob Creek is hand-bottled in limited quality for superior taste and smoothness. A small batch bourbon, aged in new American oak charred barrels.
